Prashant is the Founder of Samisti Legal, a boutique corporate & commercial / transactional law firm based out of Hyderabad, also having office in Mumbai. He gained immense knowledge and expertise in several mandates relating to Investment Funds Set up, Mergers & Acquisitions, LBOs (Leverage Buy Outs ), MBOs (Management Buy Outs) , ESOPs, Capital Markets and Cross Border Investments, Private equity / VC transactions, Start-up and angel funding.

• He also has expertise in drafting, vetting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of transaction and commercial documents, contracts, agreements and issues relating to such transactions, spread across diverse sectors and industries such as infrastructure, IT, Media, Life Sciences, TMT, Power, Real estate, Biotech, Pharma, Logistics, Health care and Consumer Retail.
• He has worked on around 300 PE / VC / IPO / M&A / structured debt transactions over a period of last 15 years involving over INR. 100 billion Investment.
